As we are taught in the SDA church, Jesus entered the most holy place in the heavenly temple in 1844. If the veil in the earthly temple was torn from top to bottom when Christ died on the cross, why then would the heavenly temple continue to exist?

I've recently been recruited to work in one of the districts within the conference. The challenge that I have encountered recently is that in one of the church that I'm pastoring, there are man (including the personal ministry leader) who believe that women SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PREACH BECAUSE IT'S NOT BIBLICAL TO DO SO. My question is it true that the women are not (irrespective of the circumstances) to be given a platform to preach and why?
