Help me to understand what the scripture means 1 Timothy 4:4-5

If the ten commandments are eternal, how did the Sabbath commandment exist in heaven? I understand that our creation was created with a literal seven day week, and the Sabbath being the seventh day. I understand that in the new heave/earth we will be on the same cycle, therefor the Sabbath will comes as it does now and we will go to the New Jerusalem to worship out Savior. This makes sense to me, but I am trying to understand how Sabbath existed in heaven.

Genesis 3:8 gives us an otherwise clear picture that the Most Holy place was there right from the beginning, and so was the Holy place where God would come to Adam and Eve (presumably from his throne in Holy of Holies to the Holy place) in the cool of the day. Now, I fully understand the presence of the outer court and the camp site in the earthly sanctuary. But why was two compartments also the heavenly sanctuary?
