Why do certain denominations teach that.Jesus was created ?

I hope everyone and you're doing fine in the Lord. I am okay. Recently, a friend told me that it'll be 4th generation around 2025 in reference to the 2nd commandment. When the Lord God announced His ten commandments to the Israelites in Exodus 20, the second commandment in verse 5 mentions "the third and forth generations." What does forgiveness until these specific generations mean?
