Vice President of Media, Pastor C.A. Murray, PhD is well known for his work at 3ABN. Dr. Murray attended Erie Community and Alliance College on a basketball scholarship. He graduated from Oakwood College with a Bachelor’s degree in Religion and Behavioral Science, graduated from Andrews University with a Masters in Pastoral Ministry, and was awarded his Doctor of Divinity. His Doctor of Humane Letters earned him a PhD in Mass Communications from Columbus University. Dr. Murray served 30 years in the Northeastern Seventh-day Adventist Conference, and 19 years as Pastor. His last church was Ephesus in New York City with a membership of 2,142 members. He spent 12 years as Departmental Director in Communication, Sabbath School, Public Affairs Religious Liberty, and was ordained to ministry in 1979.

He has written and produced for Fox Television, ABC, NBC, and has appeared on Fox, ABC, NBC, and hosted television weekly talk programs on Trinity Broadcasting for 11 years. Dr. Murray wrote, produced, and hosted a radio call-in talk show on WMCA radio in New York entitled “This Moment In Time” for 5 years. Worked with Spike Lee on the movie Malcolm X, worked with Dick Wolf on the television series Law and Order, wrote and produced Christmas specials for Fox and ABC television, co-produced the Loma Linda Health Study 2 video, and was the 3ABN Production Manager and Producer for 3ABN Today program, and a member of the Board of Directors of 3ABN in West Frankfort, IL for many years.

Dr. Murray has authored three books “Of Fallen Angels”, “I Will Fear No Evil”, and “They Shall Walk and Not Faint”. He is also a recording artist with Chapel Records, and his CD title is “In His Time”. Elder Murray is passionate about winning souls for God's kingdom, and has preached in over 40 countries including Europe, Africa, Inter America, in six Latin American countries, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica and throughout the United States. In addition, he has earned several awards from New York City Mayors, Ed Koch, David Dinkins, and Rudolph Giuliani.

Pastor Murray and his wife Irma have been married for over 17 years.
